How to Find us

Directions to Castlecote Guest House, 77 Monkmoor Road.

From the Station on foot:

• On leaving the station follow the footpath around to the left and up the slope and steps over the Dana bridge. Turn right down Victoria Street. At the bottom turn right over the river footbridge and follow the footpath to Underdale Road. Go straight up Tankerville Street to Monkmoor Road. Turn left to Castlecote about 100m on the left hand side. 

From the South:

• Follow signs for the M54 and North Wales
• The M54 will then lead directly into the A5. At the first round-a-bout take the first exit, signposted Shrewsbury. At the next round-a-bout take the fourth exit, again signposted Shrewsbury, this is London Road. Finally at the third round-a-bout take the third exit. You are now on Abbey Foregate.
• Follow the road straight down to the traffic light junction. Turn right onto Monkmoor Road. We are number 77 on the left hand side.

From N. Wales and the North:

• Once on the A5 follow signs for Shrewsbury and Telford. Then, instead of following signs into Shrewsbury it is best to continue on the A5 round the town following signs to Telford until you reach Emstrey round-a-bout. Here take the second exit, signposted Shrewsbury, this is London Road. Now pick-up directions from above.
